Bare concrete stains, dusts, and soaks up oil. An epoxy floor coating seals it under a hard, glossy surface that wipes clean and resists chemicals and hot-tire pickup. The finish is only as good as the prep, so we grind or profile the concrete, repair cracks and pits, and then build the system — primer, color coat, optional decorative flake, and a clear topcoat.
