Craftsmanship That
Transforms Spaces.

We're based in Graham, WA and serve 14 communities across Pierce, King, Kitsap, and Thurston counties — Graham, Spanaway, Puyallup, Orting, Gig Harbor, Bremerton, Olympia, Federal Way, Renton, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and Enumclaw. If you're nearby but not on the list, call and ask.

Interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and texture, pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, cabinet painting, epoxy flooring, fence and wood staining, carpentry, and cleaning services. Many projects combine several — carpentry repairs before an exterior repaint, for example — and we can handle all of it under one estimate.

Yes. Premier Paint & Construction LLC is licensed in Washington (license #PREMIPL741M4), bonded (bond #101944006), and insured. You can look up any contractor's license and bond through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

Every project is different, so we give free estimates rather than a price list. Cost depends on the size of the space, the condition of the surfaces, how much prep and repair is needed, the number of colors, and the products used. Our estimates are written and spell out the scope, so you know exactly what's included.

In Western Washington the most reliable window is late spring through early fall, with July through September the safest. What matters is dry siding, temperatures that stay above the paint's minimum long enough to cure, and a few dry hours after each coat. Summer schedules fill quickly, so we recommend booking exterior work in winter or spring.

Professional-grade products from brands like Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, and PPG, with primers from brands like Kilz and Zinsser. We choose the product for the surface and exposure — and if you have a specific brand or color line in mind, we're happy to use it.

No. We move and cover furniture, protect floors, and mask fixtures, windows, and anything that isn't being painted. We'd only ask that you put away small valuables and fragile items before we start.

Yes. We match orange peel, knockdown, and smooth finishes so repairs blend into the surrounding wall or ceiling, then prime and paint them so the patch disappears.

If the cabinet boxes are solid and you like the layout, painting is usually the better value — it costs far less than replacement and takes days rather than weeks. If the doors are peeling thermofoil or the boxes are water-damaged particleboard, replacement makes more sense. We'll tell you honestly which one your kitchen needs.

Yes. We offer discounts for military members and veterans, and we have a referral program for clients who send friends and neighbors our way. Mention it when you request your estimate.

We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and closed Sunday. Call (425) 390-9115, or send a request through the form on this page any time and we'll get back to you during business hours.
