About Premier Paint & Construction
Built on quality. Finished with excellence.
Our Story
Premier Paint & Construction was built on a simple idea: a paint job is only as good as the preparation underneath it. Since 2015, that has meant protecting every home we work in, fixing what needs fixing before the first coat goes on, and finishing every project with a walkthrough — not a hurried goodbye.
Today the company is owned and operated by Wilver Garcia and based in Graham, Washington. We serve 14 communities across Pierce, King, Kitsap, and Thurston counties, and most of our work comes the way it always has — from clients who refer their friends, family, and neighbors.
We handle interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and texture, cabinet painting, fence and wood staining, carpentry, epoxy flooring, pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, and cleaning services — so one call covers the whole project. Military members and veterans receive a special discount, and our referral program rewards clients who send people our way.

What We Stand For
Quality Craftsmanship
Premium materials, meticulous preparation, and the patience to do each step properly instead of quickly.
Honest Communication
Clear updates from the first consultation to the final walkthrough — you'll always know what's happening and what comes next.
Lasting Results
Finishes chosen and applied to stand up to Western Washington weather and everyday life, not just to look good on day one.
Respect for Your Home
Floors covered, furniture protected, and the site left clean at the end of every day we work.
Our Mission
Deliver painting and construction work that looks exceptional and lasts — with the preparation, communication, and respect for your property that every project deserves.
Our Promise
If something isn’t right at the final walkthrough, we make it right before we call the job done. That’s how we’ve built a business that grows through referrals.
